My service is awful and there is no one to call. I text with actual people then they just stop corresponding. Please get and a person to speak with! My TV’s freeze, cut out and will not change channels at times. Please help!
I really have nothing bad to say. My service is consistent and there haven't been any serious problems. The one time I was behind on a payment, I was able to speak with a representative and get everything straightened out with no interruptions to my service. There was a recent price increase, but honestly, what hasn't gotten more expensive these days? As long as the service stays good, it's worth it.
Planned outage for 5 hours with no notification to customers who depend on internet for work. When speaking with customer service, it is breezeline policy to continue to charge customers even for times when there is a planned outage.
Great company, outages almost 0, great package for my complex. Customer service is the best of all cable companies. Internet has very few problems and is any quickly resolved. If anyone needs TV or cable I urge you to look into this company, I have had several and believe me this is the one to go with, you won't be sorry.
Good fairly reliable service for the money. Any interruptions in service are usually easily solved with a re-boot. Technicians are very good. Telephone troubleshooting for TV could use a little more education to save technicians a trip to the house.

Sean was polite, patient, knowledgeable and provided information so I could evaluate all my service options/cost.
